Heller Wins Against DC Ammunition Restrictions

The District of Columbia repealed 24 DCMR § 2343.1, a limit to carrying no more than 20 rounds of ammunition by concealed carriers!!

Dick Heller and the Heller Foundation continue to chip away at Second Amendment infringements. This incremental approach has been shown to be effective.

This is a good win against a nonsense law. As I read the law, if a concealed carry permit holder buys a single box of ammunition (50 rounds) they could not legally carry that box to their home.
