Constitutional Carry via a veto override does have some panache.

The will of the people has been demonstrated and respected.

:woohoo
The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

Good for Missouri, does this only apply to Missouri residents, or will out of state folks still have to have a LTC, that Missouri has reciprocity?

I'm also wondering what the governor's chances for reelection are looking like......

I didn't see a mod to their reciprocity rule, but as for Missouri residents I think they will still need to have an concealed carry endorsement on their DL to carry in Texas. Don't quote me on that, just guessing. I have not been able to find current to-date reciprocity agreements. The one's I've seen (both Texas and other states) are several years old. Someone here may have a good link to them?
