Didn't look to see where they filed it. California or New York? Probably not Texas.

Can we sue Mexico for the drugs and illegals they send us?

No doubt the current administration green lighted this.

So a country's government is suing private companies in another country who do not market or sell their product to anyone in their country, because criminals illegally import said product, and then illegally use that product to do harm.

This would be the equivalent of the U.S. government suing Toyota because some people drive their Toyota vehicles while drunk and cause injury and death to U.S. citizens. Only the hypothetical would make more sense given that Toyota actually does market their vehicles to U.S. citizens.

Exactly, plus some of those criminals are high-ranking members of the Mexican and U. S. governments.

how can a foreign country sue an entity in US courts? the other country is not afforded protections or liberties of our nation
RIGHT ??
and why or how would a US judge even take this case on?
brandon does not have authority to say who or who does not get to sue who in US courts? even though obama decided we could not sue saudi arabia. which was an illegal action by potus
