How about 3000 rounds of ammunition?
Assault rifles?
Shotguns?
Silencers?
Having them loaded?
Cocking a gun?
Being drunk in your house?
Barricading yourself in your house?

Asking for a dentist in Long Island.

The entire story was written around this one line:
"These ghost guns without serial numbers scare me. The number has increased exponentially in the last couple of months of how many we are taking off the street," said Nassau DA Anne Donnelly.
The rest of it was all peripheral because the intent of the story was to scare people into supporting regulations against home-built firearms. The socialistic crooks in the current administration have nothing else. Everything they touch turns to garbage, either on purpose or due to sheer incompetence. So, they have to rile up their base somehow to push their agenda. "Owning" the mass news media machine makes that goal much easier.

Back in the day, before I sold it all to buy food, this guy would be a slacker - except for the barricading part.
