NYS oppressive 2A stance freezing out re-enactor events.

Due to the oppressive nature of New York State's recently enacted laws, Revolutionary War/American Civil War re-enactors have been cancelling their events.

The re-enactors have fears that they will be arrested for the possession of their ancient flintlock muskets. NYS does not seem to have any exception for their weapons, and some over enthusiastic LEO's, or some Karen, may complain and get them arrested. Of course if they catch a felony for this, they will no longer be able to own ANY firearms.

Someone (unknown who) assured them they would be fine. Don't worry about it.

But who wants to test this out, if arrested?
