Burr Amendment being considered. Would remove veterans whose only qualification was having someone appointed to handle their finances.

This and one more vote today. Will resume tomorrow.

Correction: Would require a court to decide if a veteran, who is deemed mentally incompetent, can own a gun.

All 40 should be rated F by the NRA.

I was trying to search for what the other two were but was not very successful. Anyone happen to know what the remaining amendments cover?

I found a list of 14 amendments to S649, numbers 711-724.

http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/L ... ~bdanowB:1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;[1-14](Amendments_For_S.649)&./temp/~bdmiiu

Unfortunately, I didn't note the amendment numbers as they were voted on today.

With 7 remaining, I still don't know which 2 are up tomorrow.

On Thursday the Senate will vote on an amendment from Sen. John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) that would withhold federal funds for states that disclose gun owners’ information and an amendment from Sens. Tom Harkin (D-Iowa) and Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) that would expand federal mental health programs, including in education, suicide prevention and trauma centers.
