Looking at the time counter on the video that was a 5 second draw from concealment... after the cop announces himself...perhaps an empty chamber, because it looks like he racks the slide after the draw.

We should learn from this officer's failure on so many levels.

Average draw from concealment should be more like 2 seconds. Less is better. Helps a lot to carry in a holster. And getting the drop on someone would dictate drawing before you let them know you are there.
