YT will slowly go the way of the buffalo...the trouble with this is the buffalo should still be abundant, YT can just die...

Wish i had the funds and knowledge to start up a social network website like yolkoltube thats pro 2A gun friendly. With a little advertisement i dont think it would be long to be popular with a lot of us right wing group.

Why can't the NRA set one up? They advertise a ton on youtube. Set up their own site and dump youtube.

I would stop using YouTube, but I don't use it enough for them to notice. But Google owns YouTube and I do use Google and have accounts with them. I doubt if my accounts mean much to them alone, but if a significant number of gun owners stop using Google, it might help them to rethink their anti-gun policies. Overall, we might be too small a group to have them notice, but I doubt it.

So, no more gmail account for me. And time to switch my default search engine to a (only slightly) less offensive company - Bing. And I really strongly suggest that anyone who has a commercial web site also stop using Google to place ads on the sight.

Now, my only real complaint with all of this is that the expression "let me Bing that for you" just doesn't sound right.

I think could be a good thing.

If more high profile, and deeper pocket, outfits get kicked off youtube then a viable alternative platform is more likely to succeed in its place. There are a few now, but one needs to stand above the rest. With a little investment from the larger distributors and manufacturers--while guaranteeing editorial freedom--this could be a net positive for the firearms community.

Glad it’s back up but this censorship of pro-gun stuff is getting annoying at all levels.
