This will never be reported by the MSM. Anytime you research the real facts, the left usually is shown to have greatly exaggerated whatever their claim was.

Another reason to abolish the Department of Indoctrination...oops, I mean Education.

The leftists in the DOE cooks the books surprising no one who isn’t a progressive socialist.
The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

I don't remember where I read it, so I can't verify the accuracy of the statement, but, at least one school district was reporting "school shooting" incidences, if they held a lock down drill. :confused5

So, my question as I listened to the broadcast: If the problem is so miniscule, why are we contemplating the further infringement of the People’s right to keep and bear arms?

They don't need logic or reason, just a talking point. If they can grasp on to misrepresented, statistics, it just makes it easier. Even when confronted with the truth, they simply ignore it, and the MSM never report the truth.

The keyword of gun control isn't gun, but control.
