US District Judge Roger Benitez has ruled that California's law banning ownership of magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds is unconstitutional. He was appointed by George W. Bush. I see two things unusual and very gratifying about this ruling. First, the law he struck down was approved by a majority of the voters in Kommifornia. Second, we don't see much news these days where a judge stands up for the 2A, especially in Kommifornia. I'll be Sacramento is in a dither!
Bravo to the NRA for taking this to court! And winning!
