If you read the full article, what they should be banning is 18 year old thugs who randomly spray bullets while leaving the scene of an altercation (gang fight?). Ironic that the victim is a preachers daughter and a social worker.

What was the food truck's contribution to this murder that they resulted in this ban? Was a street performer involved?

I did not see anything in the article.

Sounded like a small commercial area in Kansas City was attempting to brand itself by having a First Friday event closing a street or two with Food Trucks, street performers and artist tents. It attracted a lot of people. In today's world attracting a lot of people brings criminals, one who fired a gun randomly killing a guest.

They lost their insurance and so Food Trucks, street performers and artist are banned from the area now.

A very very small percentage of the population really ruins it for everyone else.

If I cannot have a nice life, then no one else gets to have one either, I think is the mentality.

Makes perfect sense, remove potential victims and no more problems. :banghead: Just expand it to ban all law abiding citizens from legal activities from the streets.
