If the check wasn't cashed yet does that mean they didn't get it?

None of the checks have been deposited. We'll do that Tuesday.

What announcement? It was cancelled last year because of Ike, but not for this year.

My fiance and I will be there. What all do we need to bring? How much ammo? We signed up for several courses. Can't wait to go.

Range equipment, obviously. Sunblock if your complexion calls for it. Insect repellent. At least 200 rounds of ammo for whatever you are shooting. I'd say 500 rounds if availability and prices were not so out of line.

The weather seems to be cooling off, but I will be bringing plenty of bottled water. It's a long walk back from the area where this event is held to the clubhouse.

Ok thank you. I have another question, what about the tactical shotgun course? How many rounds for it?

My DH and I will be there. Planning on coming up Friday afternoon and staying in our RV at Almost Heaven RV Resort. Would love to get together with some people that evening or would lend a hand getting things ready for Saturday.

I just ask one question - DH too is signed up for the tactical shotgun. He has a 20g and a 12g, but will probably bring my 12 because it's the most appropriate for the task.
It is in a black and pink case. Promise you guys won't pick on him TOO hard? He's a great guy - I PROMISE!! :thumbs2:

I have no idea. You need to get in touch with whoever is teaching it.

The only issue is looks like there will be a pretty good amount of rain on Thursday. I am not sure how wet it is down there now, but it could be a little muddy if the ground is saturated. That make me concerned for our Balloon Festival at JSC also. The area we use for the balloon launches and glows becomes a swamp when it is wet.

PSC has a good growth of grass (at least it did the last time I was there, in February). I don't think it gets sloppy-muddy. Packing boots is easy enough. Be prepared.

I'll be there with my father in law.

This is the first time that I've been able to make it and I'm really looking forward to it.
