Not to try to highjack the thread, hopefully, the election results will help show the left, that pushing gun control, may be a death knell for their future chances of staying in office, and allow more prohibitions for LTC holders to be lifted.

They never give up. It will be important to watch their efforts at the state and local levels.

Don't know if my postings here are revealing enough to show the character needed for the vetting, but, if so, I'd like to help if I could.

I made a real mistake as a youth, something I've tried to atone for ever since. I voted for... I'm sorry, this is hard.

I voted for Jimmy Carter.

I was young, I was stupid, I thought liberals had some healthy relation to liberty. By the next election I was delighted to vote for Reagan.

Democrats pretty much swept all of the local races in Houston and Harris County.

Thanks to everyone who volunteered for the research team. I've put together a list of folks and we have 34 people. That's a great research team!

A few folks didn't give me their phone number and/or an email address for team purposes. I've sent a PM to these folks, so please check your inbox. There's no need to send a follow up PM unless you get one from me.

I plan to schedule on online video conference sometime next week, but I think my Zoom.us account is limited to 25 simultaneous participants. When I post the date and time, please post to that thread if you are going to be able to attend. If we have more than 25 locations, I'll have to come up with an alternative.

Thanks again for volunteering,
Chas.

Charles,

You can add me to your "bench" list should you need any replacements.

As a college professor and doc, I know a little about research. I have not been here long, but I am a member of PSC for 20 some odd years and a NRA benefactor. I also took your concealed carry course at PSC.

I sent a PM earlier.
