Uggghhhhh! Disfigured for life. But they probably don't care. What they do care about is where their next fix is coming from.

Thing is Tattoos aren't cheap, so I'm assuming she steals to support her tattoo and drug habit!

I was a bouncer for two years and there’s a reason we didn’t allow folks with face tattoos. About 99.99% of the time they are T-R-O-U-B-L-E.

Face tattoos are a way of telling the world-at-large to "eff" off. There may be some limited circumstance under which I'd trust such a person, but an example isn't coming to me.
