Information is frustratingly sparse on this. However, MSHNB (yes, I know) interviewed a witness who described the gun as dark and long.

One of the new organizations here in DFW showed a video of how the shooters life ended. He literally plowed into police vehicles in the back of the theatre. I don’t know if he had been shot so the vehicle was out of control or if he intentionally crashed into the vehicles and then was shot. It was amazing video.

Edit: I tried to find the video from the news and could not, but this is the video. This one is a little harder to see. It appears from this one that shots were fired after the crash.

Definite lack of information this morning. Only article I have currently found is Beto and Fauxchahontes demanding new laws.
