We support the efforts of individuals and groups working to prevent gun violence, and continually review our policies and procedures to ensure our stores remain a safe environment. We join a growing chorus of businesses in requesting that our customers, other than authorized law enforcement personnel, do not bring firearms into our stores.

It is a request. Wait for the 30.06 and/or the 30.07 signs to be posted.

There is no way they really believe that this makes anyone safer. They are pandering to fear and that is disgusting.

My drug plan is the best ins I have found FOR MY needs and is only at CVS sadly but I buy nothing there inside drive in only for pickup. We have very little selection here of drug stores.

I have the same issue with Wal-Mart. My meds there run me 32 dollars. Same three scripts are 65 at walgreens and 85 at CVS. I suppose it is good that these places have not said no to concealed carry. Dana Loesch on twitter posted a similar comment.

As I only open carry at work ONLY unless at home there is no change for me any, I will add I saw more OC yesterday at the NRA show in Ft Worth than anywhere I have been in public I just do not choose to,

HEB is way ahead of them, HEB put up 30.07 signs when open carry was legalized. I have no problem covering up.

Living in a small town and DO have to take 3 drugs daily and the rules per my ins I don't have much choice in staying with CVS, I have been with Walmart and Wal greens in the past NO MORE on those at all. Many reasons there, I do not go in CVS anyway and buy nothing else there at all so not really any changes for me any.

This sounds like the (Domino Effect) to me, whats sad is im sure at least 90% of us would try to help stop the bad guy. They must want to wait on a 15mn. Response time by the police so more innocent people get hurt. My question is why?

Are they banning it for public servants or only for the public?

Unless they post it 30.06 it is still OK to conceal carry. My interpretation is that these places are only saying not to open carry. They are either intentionally not mentioning concealed or are not thinking of it. Who knows. They may start posting once their legal departments start implementing the new policy.

07 exactly what I read also but there is another saying NO FIREARMS out there, in my small town this will surely come up at Monday's breakfast discussions and in a very negative way. Our neighborhood table is probably better armed than most street officers, male and female both

My read as well. If people persist in OC, you can bet your bippy, we'll be seeing signs.
