These bring a whole new perspective to "shall not be infringed." An interesting question would be: exactly what would infringement look like?

yeh, I'm not really sure #1 and #3 would pass a Constitutional challenge.

And with what kind of rifle. Would it be a seperate test for someone buying a 12 gauge shotgun, an iron sighted 30-30 or a scoped 270 ore even a .22 LR . The same issue exist for handgun qualifications though, qualifying with something like an LCP isn't the same as qualifying with a high end 1911.

What kind of nonsense is that? The second one isn't possible. A store would have to sell partial boxes. I have no idea what the third bill means.

And every 120 days you can buy another mini pack to save up for that big range day, 5 years from now.

The saddest part is that the folks who are proposing that nonsense will get re-elected.

Yep, and if you bring up the idea of applying the same "common sense" restrictions to voting they start calling you ugly names.

pass a shooting range test with 90 accuracy BEFORE I can buy a gun. sounds like a Catch-22. I won't yet have a gun to take the shooting range test WITH.....or maybe that's the idea..... :evil2:
