I realize that a lot of bills get filed that will never get signed into law. These may be some of them. But the concepts do take due process violations to a whole new level if this story is accurate.

This is not a long read. It is so unconstitutional I stand amazed that anyone would even purpose such or any one else would sign on. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Any elected official proposing such a thing should be held in violation of their oath to protect and defend the Constitution.
