Hopefully the article is correct and more real than the plandemic.

People better wake up and start exercising ALL of their rights before they wake up to find the emboldened governments have taken them all.

I love this quote!!!
"This has taken me, a law-abiding citizen with nary an unpaid parking ticket to my name, over a month," he told the Washington Free Beacon. "Meanwhile Joe Bad Guy has probably purchased several fully automatic AK-47s out of the back of an El Camino in a shady part of town with zero background checks."

"I'm seriously thinking of running for office or something," Kane said. "This state's{California's} gun laws are insane."
The crazy part is that criminals who are convicted felon's who illegally possess firearms are typically not the target of gun legislation. That is the proper focus of gun control.

It has been shown that LTC's are more law abiding than police and legal owners of NFA machineguns are remarkably law abiding people... but the Hughes amendment unreasonably bans the civilian ownership of new machine guns to such qualified individuals.
"These are just the first two purchases—sidearms—and when things settle down, we'll likely get into long guns too," ...

"Now I'm 100 percent converted," he said.

He's already begun recruiting others.

"I got one of my Asian-American friends to take the NRA basic pistol class with me," Kane said. "Signed my wife up too for a later session so we can tag-team it. Never thought I'd be that guy taking his clueless-about-guns buddy to the gun store."

After firing his first shots, Kane bought two more guns—a Smith & Wesson .357 revolver and a California-legal model of the AR-15 he used to think should be banned.

Wow!!! Just Wow! :cheers2:

I have long thought that the Hughes Amendment is the most likely to succeed challenge after Heller and McDonald were decided. Showing that full auto weapons are the most necessary to militia (as referenced in Miller) is easy (show that selective fire weapons are issued by almost every army in the world to any soldier). Show that they are used very little in crime (how many recovered selective fire weapons are there recovered as well as the legal owners rate) and make sure the court understands that we are not questioning the $200 fee or background check regulations. Then show that the law has not removed any of the thousands of legally owned weapons from circulation or reduced any crime. There is no way the law passes muster under almost any of the tests for Constitutionality (other than liberal logic). It would most likely be a 5-4 vote right now, but may go to 6-3 or even 7-2 if Trump is re-elected.

glad to see the arrogant fools in that article are getting a taste of their own medicine, finally get to live under the "laws" they foolishly supported out of the arrogance of their ignorance.

saw the same type of fools at the start of the LA riots, standing there whining about " a waiting period!!! I need a gun now!!!!"

just stood there and enjoyed watching the fools take thier own medicine and find out what their ignorance has forced on the rest of us at the expense of our civil rights.

I have no mercy or regard for their kind.

Most of the people caught up in all of this are not so much arrogant, but ignorant. They have been conditioned to believe that bad guys need to just walk into a gun store and pick up a handgun or even an M16 just the same as buying a bottle of wine. They have been conditioned to believe that the government will always be there to protect them. Talk of civil unrest brought images of militia groups from the desert hills raiding their villages, not unemployed illegal aliens invading neighborhoods to steal food and supplies at the height of depression and civil unrest.

When your life is in a Democratic-controlled region your information tends to be monotonal, your friends the media all have the same message. Any conservative messaging is treated as nutcase extremism. We can't do much about the arrogance those minds are already closed. Our only defense is this mindset is education that can reach into the ignorant minds.

I thought the definition of an honest politician was one who stays bought.
