I saw the news go across FOX right when it was announced and was going to post, but got a phone call and forgot to do it. I had found a link frome the ACLU to use and thought it would be funny and ironic to use their announcement. It would most likely have been the only time anything positive from the ACLU had been posted on this forum.

This was a slap to the leftist. I am happy that what we call a liberal judge stepped up and wrote the opinion.
I haven’t posted any of this and not for sure I should. I am not going to give out the details.
On 06/06/23 I filed an injunction against the ATF regarding pistol braces. On Easter 03/21/24 my attorney emailed me and we got a formal injunction on the Pistol Brace rule. A judge appointed by President Bill Clinton ruled in our favor. It was unbelievable.
