I saw someone post this on a Facebook group I'm on. Ouch! I am not comfortable with appendix carry. But I will say that the only time I do carry that way is when I go to the gym because I will use either a belly band for my Ruger LPC II or LCR or a Phlster Enigma for my Glock 43/43X.
That mode of carry for me is not very comfortable in jeans or most of my normal wear and I only use it when going to the gym when I wear loose gym shorts with no belt other than a drawstring.
