I have been on the list since August, so hopefully it'll be not too much longer. :)

Congrats to you guys that are now members. I've been on the waiting list since June and looks like I still haven't made the cut. Hopefully soon. :grumble

Keep your chin up. I was on the PSC waiting list more than a year before my orientation last month but I think the wait may be shorter now.

Maybe we should start a new "Waiting Room" just for PSC memberships. ;-)

I was on the waiting list since Dec.
As it was explained to us in the orientations, and I'm paraphrasing, the membership director job changed hands last year, and they went from paper to automated/computer for membership. Created a backlog and is why there weren't any orientations over the year. Be patient and you'll probably get in.

I was at PSC yesterday, but shot on one of the regular ranges first, by the time I was ready to shoot tin can alley, there were a bunch of people on there, then it started raining :(
May have to go back today!

I just got on the waiting list and am told to expect 7 or 8 months. Meanwhile,
I purchased a "senior" membership at Texas City Municipal Shooting Range; price is good,
decent shooting lanes, both pistol, rifle, and shotguns. Only downside for me is the rifle range
only goes to 100 yards.

I put my name on the PSC waiting list last month (Nov). I hope it's not an 8 month wait. ....fingers crossed.

It's worth it! As a new member, I'm having a blast. I'm having trouble keeping the promise I made to my wife that I wouldn't go overboard.

Hank, that's a long haul from Sugarland. Have a good time! I'm a former member, but I am going to put my name on the list to become a current member again soon.

If you're going in the morning, bring them all. No sense in driving all that way & not getting a full run of the place. Afterall, you membership's already paid for. It'll cost you the same whether you shoot one or all of 'em.

We could sure use something like PSC up in Cypress.

Instead of a church planting, we need a range planting!

I am on the waiting list....wish me luck. Maybe I will make it in before I croak!

If you're starting from Cypress
You might look into http://www.theimpactzonerange.com/Home_Page.html
It's not the same as PSC but it's closer to you.
See you at the range

And the wait continues. Not so bad now though ya know since you can't find ammo and if you can it costs as much as buying a firearm to shoot for 5 mins.
