This USA Attorney for Colorado talking now is an idiot. He does not know what the law and Constitution is.

Self-defense "Do not require...." is what? Opinionated infringement on 2nA.

wow. I am thoroughly impressed with Senator Graham. he was perfectly reasonable, logical, and compelling in his remarks.

as for the remainder: uneducated conjecture, misrepresented data and emotional appeal.

Very true. Graham was calm and level headed on making points and didn't let the others derail him. I like how he led the police chief into the funding issue, to which the Chief lamented that funding for his department would likely be reduced in the coming years. Graham took the opportunity to slide in the comment that the reduced funding to police departments was likely an even better reason for better personal self defense.

THAT IS FABULOUS!!! Love that remark!!! :thumbs2: :tiphat:

I really hate it when they assume their "gun-control" opinion is presented as necessary/factual and needs to be the law of the land...I will not break the rules and write what I really think about these scum...

I and many others who understand the issue, don't neeed opinions...The Amendment is what it is, the debate is OVER!!! There is no need for any additional "reasonable, civil" discussion/debate on it...If they want our guns bad enough, they are going to have to repael the Second Amendment, and even if they manage that nonsense, I really don't believe any of us will comply...I know I won't...

I still think the best retort against these Fabian socialist lackeys is what Suzanna Gratia did to a similar panel years ago after the Luby's massacre...Thats exactly what we need to have happen again...

Just my opinion...

While my heart goes out to the parents who lost children, that doesn't excuse flat out lying.

Highly unlikely his son stopped and told him everything is going to be OK as his last words that day.
Highly unlikely his conversation with his son about the purpose of the Bushmaster happened the night before.

Professor Johnson... Wow. Hit the nail on the head.
Very logical, common sense. Won't make a difference.
It wasn't a pull on your heartstrings type of statement.

Ohhhh now we have "Assault Bullets" Medical personnel saying that the bullets used were "Assault Bullets" that "explode" when they enter the body.

Oh now we are comparing the damage of a .22 versus the .223 hollow point. .22 just goes through while .223 massively explodes in ballistic gelatin.

Saying the .22 is represents the common handgun.

Saying the .223 is designed for war and explodes in the body.

Senator Franken saying that he has been told to imagine the scenario when an AR15 has been used in self defense. But he has been asking and asking for a real world example but he can't find any. So he says we have to deal with the reality that these are weapons of war not self defense.

Siiiggghhhhh

Senator Durbin is a domestic enemy...

Senator Franken needs to go back to comedy...

I'm not even going to get into Feinstien...

We really need to have Suzanna Gratia testify again...That would at least make me "feel" better...

I'm not diggin' where this is all going...The buffer keeps reloading for Franken's nonsense...

I think we all need to cool off...Let these pontificators have their day...And at the end of that day, we'll still have our guns...
