What you’re now hearing across the land is a collective whine. Blue-state Democrats are upset that Texas Gov. Rick Perry dares come and play in their sandboxes, and worse, threatens to “poach” jobs from their states.
If blue-state Democrats want Rick Perry to stop bothering them, they should quit whining and start learning from his example.
I really had to do a double take when I saw that the NYT would praise anything from Texas not out of Austin. Come to find out it was the NY Post. That makes a little more sense but it is good to see something like that from a dyed in the wool blue state.
Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence. - John Adams

My goodness. Dick Durbin sounds a lot like some Texas legislators and others complaining about "irresponsible" instructors teaching classes for nonresident licenses and taking money out of their pockets.
Bringing in all these people from CA, I just wonder how long it's going to take for Texas to turn blue and then into a socialist hellhole too. We aren't as red as it seems like we are...wouldn't take much to turn Texas blue.

Texans don't brainwash people (even liberals) into believing in liberty and freedom. We deprogram them from the brainwashing they received at the hands of their liberal masters.
