CHL Application ID on FAST Form Missing

I filled out my online application, paid, and setup fingerprinting. When I printed my FAST form to take to the appointment, the CHL Application ID field was blank. Do I need this or can FAST look it up? Or, do I simply submit the form with the Checklist and other documents?

My wife's FAST form printed with the ID. I thought it was the number under the barcode on the Checklist, but, her ID number was not the same as the Checklist number.
