Looks like a clean win to me.

I watched the video and noticed what looks suspiciously like an armed security man - the one with the dark glasses and suit. If I had the resources, I would be investigating who he is and whether he is carrying a gun to protect folks who want to take them away from law abiding citizens. Since the SUV had NY plates I would almost be willing to bet even money that he is an employee of a large NYC law enforcement organization.
