I'm calling this a "hit".

A man unloading his groceries out of his car is murdered by two men dressed all in black driving a BMW. (radio said BMW) It happened in an area outside of that Northeast quadrant, I have mentioned in the past as being dangerous. The area of the murder is being called on the news media as the Heights. It is actually in my opinion outside the Heights to the West. Its a much better ratings grabber, if they say the Heights as homes there sell up to about 2 million. It was in an area of townhomes that sell in the $300k plus range. This is an area that has been recently gentrified. The new young generation is moving inside the Loop 610 on the West side of downtown.

Clearly this was a "hit" Three against one and they had long guns.

The North freeway at Patton has zero to do with The Heights. It's "the North freeway at Patton". It might be less incorrectly labeled the White Oak area but bottom line it's just the North freeway. Nowhere along the North freeway is a "good" area, at least until you get much farther north. There must be more to the story than has yet been reported based on what information has been given.
It's fine if you disagree. I can't force you to be correct.
