The picture quality stinks, BUT..
left is my SA XD45 Service and the right is my HP CF380...
Throw what you will, but no gun snobbery from me ever!!
My XD is a dream, and the HP has throm out about 2k rounds so far and has had almost ZERO problems...
To each his own!!

it's all about the subject matter, not necessarily the pictures.

Is Longtooth watching? Hide me, if he is.
I bought an XD-45 service pistol a few weeks ago. No wonder it won Handgun of the Year.
It's thicker than my 1911s, and nowhere near as accurate as my Kimber target-capables (Custom Target, Super Match).
But the XD packs a huge 13+1 .45 ACP payload (unless you're in the Republik of Kalifornia), feels good doing it, and eats any ammo I've fed it with zero failures to date.

Got one of these myself. Man I like that gun. Been a big fan of SA from the first time I held one.
Nice piece.

Man, all these nice guns, I'd feel underdressed posting my lowly little FEG PA63!
I'll take some pics here in a bit to make all your guns look even better.

Several of us have some economy guns so do not feel under dressed.
My 1st carry was a Ruger P-89.
Sunday carry is a Taurus 85 ultra light. No 642 by any means.
I still own a Ruger P-85 & even a Charles Daly field grade 1911.
A lot of Kel-Tecs & Bersas are represented here.
They all do the same job as long as they are confirmed reliable.

Fortunately, it's not a fashion show, and it really doesn't matter since we're supposed to keep it concealed anyways.
I carry a Bersa Thunder .380 in an Uncle Mike's Sidekick, two spare 9 rounders in a $10.00 carrier. Nothing pretty or fancy here. It all fits well and conceals well, and I can wear it 24/7 comfortably.
My Lotto numbers will probably come in before I have to use my set up for its intended purpose, but I'm confident I could draw and hit the bad guy if I had to. It's better to spend the money on ammo and range time to keep your skill level up.
Bottom line, that's what counts.

Sorry about the photo quality - I did the best with the environment I had to shoot with (photos, not bullets

), so here you go.
For the uninitiated, the PA63 is a Hungarian Walther PPK clone (think James Bond's gun), in 9x18 (9mm Makarov), with a polished aluminum alloy frame. It's quite a nice gun to shoot, and suprisingly accurate for a 21 ounce pistol. I can spend hours at the range shooting it alone. I've upped the recoil spring to 13 lbs, and have an 11 lb hammer spring waiting to be installed (vs. the ~18 lbs it's currently at).
I have a Bianchi holster for it (OWB for cold weather), but didn't have it available to include here. Still looking around for an IWB or two for most of the year. I'm still in the waiting room (only been there for about a week), so whenever my license finally gets to me, this will be my daily carry.
Here's the photos:
There ya go!

I picked up a used Kimber Custom 1911 ( not Custom II) and took it out to the range. I also have a Glock 23, 26, and XD45, and a Kimber Ultra Carry II.
On my first target with that old Kimber I shot better than I have ever shot with thousands of rounds through the other pistols. There is no comparison. My wife watched me and we were both impressed.
She shot several magazines with it and wanted to trade me her pistols for it!!
I have to agree that the XD is a bullet eating machine. Zero failures with it.
