I'm sure it has been mailed. Mine changed to "mailed" on 5/23, and it was in my mailbox on 5/29 (with holiday in between).

april 7 mailed packet with everything on checklist by regular usps snail mail(I did use an extra stamp, just in case)
may 23 manufacturing pending
may 25 manufacturing
may 28 mailed
may 31 received license
54 days from date mailed to date received

Hello everyone new to this site. Read all about the waiting when I mailed my packet on 4/07/14. But I had no clue until now, what those folks were going through. This forum is a good place to vent or
read like stories. My status has changed,but its still in background review. Oh well the wait continues. Patience everyone, patience.

Received CHL in mail today. 54 days upload to mailbox.

Mar 20 - submitted online app
Mar 21 - CHL Class
April 4 - Fingerprints and uploaded docs
April 21 - Called to check and my documents had failed to upload. I emailed them directly to the customer service rep.
May 12 - I emailed the first customer service rep to confirm my documents were in the system; she confirmed they were.
May 29 - A different customer service rep emailed me asking for my documents and I sent them to her too.
June 3 - Website finally updated with "Manufacturing Pending".
June 4 - Website says "Mailed"

So I learned: If you upload the documents, make sure you get TWO emails. The first one should be a pretty quick automated one, and the second one should confirm they actually received the documents. I never got the 2nd one and after lurking around here I discovered I should have gotten that 2nd one within a day or two. When I called, I used the option for the system to call me back and it worked well and the reps were very nice and helpful.

61 days since first upload attempt. 44 days since successful one.

The only thing on my criminal record is two traffic tickets that i paid, how long does it usually take for the background check to say complete?
