Glad she is feeling better. She was under the weather last month if I recall.

Sorry that I won't make this one. Would love to. July 15th is the day after my wife's second chemo and I cannot leave her. Maybe next time.

I'll try to make this one. We were out of town on vacation during the first one. I live only about 2 miles from Rudy's.

Do, or do not; there is no try when you live 2 miles away :biggrinjester:

Yeah, she had a nasty respiratory infection, which I had just gotten over. Then I got it again, and now it seems to be mostly behind me, but we're both taking a long time to recover. This one is a booger. :grumble

I would love to make it but I shoot shotgun sports at Arlington Sportsman Club every Saturday morning. It is a different discipline every Saturday. Skeet, 5-Stand, Trap, and Sporting Clays.

It's a small serving of scrambled egg and something else, like chopped ham, cheese, etc., folded up into a smallish tortilla, forming a small burrito-like doodad. Tastes good though! I had three of them the last time, but I'd say that 2 to 3 would depend on your appetite. 3 is almost too much, and 1 is not enough.

Haven't had breakfast at Rudy's but here's a sampling from where the Houston South Quadrant meets and eats.
The biscuit which comes with any breakfast entree. It can double as a birthday cake when candles are added,

Here's my regular order.

I have to admit I donate my biscuit!
