Had a horrible day at work but it's all better. I checked my status and I now have thoes glorius words liscense issued certificate active. For those of u who ask when it changes, I checked mine last night at 1:30am and I just checked at 12:30 pm and it changed.now I need to make friends with the mailman lol.

So all total....32 days from mailing to it being Active...... Man I felt naked without my pistol.

Thirdd, I mailed the packet same day as you except they mailed mine back cause I forgot to put USA on mu fingerprint cards I guess that goes to show you they are on top of things now. My wife was also approved today I just need to know what I can do besides a Wally walk, due to the fact I work lp there. Any suggestions?

2/11/10 - 3/26/10 ......45 days, a bit longer than I wanted to wait, but considering I had a legal issue that had to be researched, its really not that bad . Now where is that mailman???

Well if my mailman is going on vactation, I'm lucky that USPS has replacements! Doesnt the saying go "come rain, snow, sleet or shine"...or something like that?

USA1 like you said, I would think that it would be here by Thursday, but stranger things have happend between Austin and Houston. Either way, I would think that plastic should be here sometime the coming week .

Well, after being told last Tuesday the 22nd, that my app was in legal review, I called yesterday (3-28-10) to get a status. They transferred me to the legal department. I spoke to the legal secretary who told me that they had just received my packet on Friday the 26th.. (3 day gap?).
The nice lady told me that the attorney (I assume only 1 there?) had about 50 application packets on her desk, and it would likely be about 2 weeks before she gets to mine.. grrrrrr... So here we are, going on Day 42...

Patience DT. Patience. The long wait will make getting it even sweeter. Lets just hope your wait isn't too long.

I feel for ya. I was lucky in my youth and never got caught. So no legal problems for me. I hope it arrives sooner then that for you.

I got my plastic in today!!! Finally after 41 days from delivery not bad compared to the people from last year.
