I received my confirmation email on 1/28 as well. I am yet to receive my LTC. What I find hilarious is that I mailed the application for my Arizona license on 3/12. They mailed it back to me because the needed the instructor's NRA number. I resubmitted the Arizona application on 3/29 and I received my license in the mail today. Yes. The statutory requirement is that they issue or notify you within 60 days, not 60 business days or weekdays. So, weekend days are included in the 60.

True. When she gave me a date that was 1 and a half weeks after in turned green I was like huh. But you are correct. It's better to call and get the exact date they started and count from there. Lady told me it would be somewhere around end of April. It has absolutely taken longer than 60 days. I still don't have my plastic yet. Well rejoice brother! You're already there. I'm just starting. Getting the feeling I won't see mine till June or later. Sucks but they could care less.
