Academy at I45 in Webster had lots of boxes (minus 4) of the Monarch .380 FMJ for $16.99 today at 1pm

Wally World at Kemah had exactly none but they lots of 9mm still

Academy on I10 and Market has Monarch HP 380 for $16.99, I relieved them of 2. Wally in Crosby didn't have much of anything.

Went to Carter's Country this morning in Houston and they had plenty of all sorts of ammo. The only limiting they did was limit you to two boxes of .380.

Had plenty of .45 ACAP which is what I was after.

Walmart in Harker Heights has plenty of 45acp in federal and winchester. Federal 16.00 a box of 50. Winchester 34.00 box of 100. Spotted at 4:00pm today.

I've been looking for hollow point 9mm for several weeks for a decent price. No luck at Academy or Wal-Mart...just FMJ. I went to Bass Pro yesterday to shoot and saw some SJHP, but it was $38 for 50 rounds. Is anyone finding it cheaper in Carrollton/Plano? I bought 115gr FMJ at Academy a few weeks ago for $7.99/box.

I don't even try to find self defense ammo in stores. For a couple years now it has been cheaper to order it online. Even now, with the inflated prices. For instance, the speer gold dot 124 gr. hollow point in 50 count boxes is the same price retailers charge you for 20 round boxes.

Wow. Thanks for the info and the link. I practice with 115gr FMJ, so I'm looking for 115gr hollow point to carry. I'm guessing I should shoot the same size I practice with to maintain accuracy. I found some Sellier and Bellot 115gr HP for $18.95 for 50 rounds online from Ammunition To Go.
Does anyone know anything about this ammo? I searched online and people seem to like it. Any opinions?
