Yeah, I agree. Just tossing it out there.
There has already been serious outcry about this "interview". Everyone needs to do their part by coming to this guy's defense and sending an email, letter, or making a phone call to KDFW. This may be one wrong that can be righted.

Man what a dumb reporter.
"are you trigger happy"
It's almost like they defend the criminals. I wonder if her tune would change if one of those criminals didn't die, was released and raped her.

I would also be will to bet money that there was more to that interview. They just had to slant it to their view.
Fox 4 "We report(What we think you need to know), You decide(what we want you to)" is how the slogan should go.

Saw that interview. Rebecca Aguilar's treatment of Mr. Walton was disgusting. I sent Fox4 an email. Link to Fox4 email here:

Anybody happen to notice what commercials ran during the news that night? Complaints to the advertisers for supporting this type of "journalism" copied to Fox's advertising sales department and investor relations department would probably have more effect.

You can also contact Fox 4 via phone. Dial (214) 720-4444 - once the recording starts hit 2 - then another recording will start and hit 1 - finally hit 3. At that time you will be able to voice your opinion on their Viewer's Voice hot line.
Based upon her treatment of that man the only people on our department that will speak to her are our Public Information Officers who have to, and that's only because it's there job. Not only is she a poor excuse for a reporter, she's a poor excuse for a human being.

I think it is time to load this reporter down with email on her attitude toward the individual. Her line of questioning was TOTALLY uncalled for.

I just emailed the station as well. This was uncalled for. I am trying to find the sponsers to email them as well.

I am pleased (and surprised) that there are no "I would never shoot in defense of property" posts here.
Thanks for the notice of the attack piece by the teevee journalist – I didn't see it, but will make the call to condemn it.

Apparently Fox4 pulled the video.
But a YouTube version is up:

Apparently Toyota was their sponsor:

The reporter will get approval from her Manager to pursue the story. Plus the Producers have to allow the segment to air. These people need to be held accountable just as much and more than the reporter.

The comments of some of his neighbor sickens me.
Neighbor 1: "It's scary."
What's more scary? Having a neighbor fighting for his own property or burglars running round breaking into your house?
Neighbor 2: "It's not right. You shouldn't kill."
What? You think the burglar breaks into your house to have tea? What are these people thinking?
