300shooter, IS this one of thier 1911 style guns? If so, what is your experience with your Charles Daly? Obviously you trust it enough to use it as a carry gun. I've read where some think that they are junk, but some of the same posters (not on this board) seem to think anything under $1500 is junk. I have no experience with one. Never even seen an example and would like to hear the opinion of an owner. For what they cost, with the bells and whistles, they seem like a good deal.

I have been known to carry a NY reload, and even a Chicago reload (NY +1)
I primarily carry one of two 1911s, and secondarily my XD. When circumstances seem to dictate I have been known to have a 1911, the XD, and my little .32NAA Guardian all on at the same time.

1911 here as well. Les Baer TRS 99.9% of the time. I have a few compact 1911 that once in a great while that get carried.

G29 or G35 in a CTAC. I'm about to buy a G20 (full-size 10mm GLOCK), and that will be my primary carry weapon. I'd like to get an ankle holster for the G29.
BTW, I'm 5'9", 170, and usually dressed in jeans and a t-shirt.

Kahr PM9 gets carried most often because easiest to conceal.
Also carry XD40 Service or Para LTC depending on circumstances.

Colt Pony Pocketlite in .380 - because so far, it's the only one I can effectively conceal "on board" without having to resort to purse/fannypack, or dropping to a smaller caliber.

G19 either IWB or OWB depending on what I am wearing. When it gets really hot and I'm in shorts, I change to my S&W Model 60 in a pocket holster.
Last year my primary was a S&W 908S. Still have that as a spare around the house.

I don't carry yet as I am awaiting my license. (about a month left) I will be carrying a H&K USP compact 40 S&W. I'm still deciding on a holster but I'm leaning towards a ctac.

iIn 30 days or so , hopefully.. I will carry a Glock 26 and still researching as to the best holster to use. My problem is I have to wear a coat and tie every day

and needless to say I have to take the coat off every time I can..

.. Ankle holster might be my best bet ??
