+1!!!! Blue Bell has been my downfall since moving to Texas. I LOVE the homemade vanilla.
I have heard it has medicinal qualities that will heal knee replacments!!

Thank you all so much.
Yesterday was a real train wreck for me & am not kiddin a bit. This brightens things up a lot. Sunday night in the night I moved wrong & pulled a grion muscle. They said it was not uncommon. That thing hurt me all day yesterday way worse than my knee at any time since surgery. Today has been much better. Heat on it this morning & both days at the theropy center & they really pampered the groin muscle pull. I am actually better right now at the end of the day than I was at noon today.
Thank you for all your prayers.
llwatson, I reall did not mean to be so honnneeerry. I promice it wont happen again until the nex time.
bevans, I do suggest that you put it off as long as possible. When you get to the place that you cant stand to be on it when you want to be up then it is time. I actually do not hurt right now as bad as I did on a normal evening before surg. I can stand on both feet now. Get out of a chair on both legs. Have graduated to a cain on the good floor of the rehab center. Putting it up gets it easy in about 20-30 minutes & it used to take at least 1.5hr.
Love all yall to life & will see you in print some tomorrow since there is a one day vacation from rehab.

LT, still praying for your complete healing/recovery each day.
I'm sorry to hear it's been worse. We'll keep praying. I bet if we bother Him enough, He'll say yes.

Continued thanks for your prayers. Yesterday was a really good one even through theropy. At bed time I actually felt better than when I got up yesterday morning. 2 Talynol in the night & that is all I have taken this morning. Today has been a good, Good, GOOD mornin & that is since 5:00 rise & go wake up the roster so he could start his morning responsibilities.
Thank you all for your prayers, encouragement, laughs, & care.
Cant spend as much time on the box as I want to.

When my foot is down it swells fast. See yall later.
LT.
