I have the 380cc in nickel. I am happy with mine. I did have a problem with it in the beginning, as an e-clip had fallen off, but it was trivial to replace and I haven't had that problem since. I also had a few feed problems with WWB at the beginning, but that seems to have cleared up, too.
In spite of the sights (nearly nonexistent), this gun is still quite accurate. I can consistently put a full mag (8rds) in a 3" circle at 10 yds, which is plenty accurate for SD.

I currently own 3 Bersa firearms FS22, BT 380, UC9 SS. I cannot complain about any of them. The 380 needed a bit of a break-in but after about 200 rounds the 1-2 FTF per 100 rounds disappeared. The 9mm worked out of the box and never had a single FTF, FTE with it. I use the 22 for practice only.

I am really impressed with the comments I have been getting about the Bersa .380. I think that will be a great smaller gun for when I am wearing the summer atire...

I used mine for the shooting test for my chl a couple of years ago. I have the Academy special.It has the rubber finger groove grips and fixed sights.It ran great right out of the box to.The best 199.00 I've spent.I still carry it alot.
