Stash, you still did pretty good, and I wouldn't have any problem with wearing a promotional cap so long as they GAVE it to me; I do not pay to wear someone else's advertising.
In the future, keep an eye on their website - sometimes they have things like a "$20 off a purchase of $150 or more" coupon you can print out to use either on line or at the store. In fact, I'm waiting for the next promotion right now - I have that $150 card to use, plus about $10 in Cabela's Bucks, so once I get a coupon, it's off to Buda again.
