I can only imagine what one of those things costs. I would keep them running as close to 24x7 as possible too given the amount of investment!

There are 2 sites in Illinois and 2 sites in Texas vying for a "clean coal" powerplant. One Texas site is near Odessa and other in Jewett (real near Buffalo).
