Insofar as the right to bear arms is there to shoot burglars, it's low on the ordered liberty chart.
IMO, this would be one of those things the Founders would look at and say "you mean we actually have to write that down? What sort of idiot would claim people didn't have that right?".

McDonald likely to be first Decision announced Monday. Justice Alito will probably be the author, and being the most junior Justice expected to announce a Decision tomorrow, would go first. Based upon his prior vote and questioning in McDonald, at first blush it would appear the Decision will be favorable. The only caveat is that Justice Alito has a history of being very protective of law enforcement, which could go either way as to the full implications. Let's hope there will be celebration on the streets tomorrow for the protection of their Second Amendment Rights.
