I am 21 years... Turned 21 in late October and was in my CHL class in Mid-November.

Well, I'm in the 50-57 group for 5 more months, and then I matriculate. I got my plastic in February of 2008.

TAM:

Eisenhower was persuaded to run for president the year I was born. He was inaugurated on my 1st birthday (1953).

I remember when McDonald's burgers were $.15, Elvis was still alive and shaking, everyone had a Hoola Hoop, transistor radios were the iPods, JFK got assassinated, we put a man on the moon, and kids played outside all day long and your parents said "make sure you're home before the street lights come on".

Yeah, I guess I am an old fart...

I turn 21 this August. Local range is having a class on my birthday - you bet I'll be there to qualify as a birthday gift to myself. :)

I read once that October 5 is the most common
birthdate in the US, but I have rarely run into anyone
else, besides my former Mother in Law, who had it.

My brother's Bday is October 6, but 6 years later.
He was born at 130 AM, and I told him if he was just
a little more eager to make his appearance, we would have
had the same Bday.

Some famous people who share OUR day:
Chester Alan Arthur - Fat former US prez, circa 1888.
Steve Miller (musician), 1942 but other years have also been given.
Cate Winslet - Titanic cutie?
Vaclav Havel - Playwright, then prez of an E. European country (Hungary?).

office on November 11 and needed to be induced. The doctor tried to get
a delivery room on 11/12, but they were booked. When plan B turned out
to be November 13, the Ob/Gyn remarked "This kid's going to hate me!"

After our son was born, the Ob/gyn was flying in his glider, crashed it,
and broke both of his legs. As Sammy Davis, Jr. used to say "Ouch, babe!"

My son always remembers that he shares it with Whoopi Goldberg,
although I try to point him in a better artistic direction.

November 13, 1850 is the birthday of the author Rober Louis Stevenson
who was the author of "Treasure Island" and Kidnapped. He had poor
health and died at the tender age of 44.

I can top that. My son shares his Birthday with obama ...August 4th

In the 40 - 49 category but will move to the next grouping on Nov 16th. Happy to have found this forum. First heard about it from my CHL instructor Gary Montgomery.
