Mine came in with the duffle bag.

I received the duffel bag and gift certificate separately from the member packet.
Maybe 2 weeks (a bit less, IIRC) for the duffel & Gift card, a few days more for the member packet.

Took me exactly one day to spend it (and them some) at Bass Pro.

Wow! Thats a great deal! All I got when I joined up as a life member last year was a hat and the magazine subscription! Anyone that is not a member should be all over this.

I wish this was still available...would like to sign up my newborn nephew, and have the magazine sent to me. I already get American Rifleman, and would like to try another. Come to think of it, my 3 year old niece could use a membership too...

I think it is more that the offer page has been deleted and its no longer applicable. Ah well, it would have been nice to grab the deal, it was a great offer!
