1st testimony, air force vet 6 yrs, UT student, FOR bill ...about on gun free zone at fort hood and Germany and others "feeling uncomfortable" and "rights" feelings don't supersede rights ...

Poll? Since when do we subject constitutional rights to a poll?

I bet if we put it to a vote, we wouldn't have 4th or 5th Amendment rights any more--you would just have to frame it in terms of being "tough on crime."
