How long are you waiting? If it's less than six weeks, I wouldn't even start worrying. If it's more than 60 days, I would contact the CHL staff to check but not before 60 days.

Since march 3rd. I've already contacted them and they said everything was fine and to check back in a few weeks so I'm a little less worried now
