CEO - Bud's has the PPS in 9mm for $504 at the moment.
The Nano is a neat looking pistol and I'd like to get to try one out. I'm still not real comfortable with the shorter grips where I can't get my pinky around the grip. I've held the PM9 and it just feels like I wouldn't be able to control it as well as I'd like.

I find that shooting my PM9 is very much like shooting my 3" Kimber....not actually that hard to control. I was surprised the first time I shot a borrowed itty-bitty Kahr how easy it was to shoot.

Held one @ academy in arlington this morning. nice and had a solid feel to it. it was priced @ $428.99. same here, i'll wait until my LGS has one to rent. i also want to see the prices @ gun shows.

I had the same concern, but I honestly didn't notice it being a sub-compact at all in terms of grip.
Then again, I probably have girly hands 
You better not buy that Glock you were talking about then.

Just a quick update I got a couple of "sleeves" grips and this are the first ones Im trying on my Nano.. So I think I'm ready to go again to the range
This ones that I put on are Handall Jr. Hogue Pocket-Size (notice that I cut them with a razor so the crappy finish on the bottom of the grip was me
)

Just found one these at my local academy. I like the dimensions and the way it feels in the hand - the lack of a slide stop or any external controls was very nice, weight was good. My wife dug it just as much as me if not more - I can definitely see us picking one up in the future now.
I do have one question, we both noticed That the magazine didnt make a really positive click as it hit home, which prompted us to double check it multiple times. Has anyone else noticed this, or is it possibly a fluke? Considering its the only thing I could hold against it just by handling the gun, thats good!

For such a small gun, its nice to not have anything that can get snagged as well as help maintain its thin profile. I guess I am also just used to having minimal controls on the outside (both of my other carry guns only have a slide stop release). Mostly just my personal preference though.

Personally, I like to be able to lock the slide back to show clear. I'd never consider handing an unloaded gun over to someone without being able to have the slide locked back. Also works for shooting sports like IDPA where you have to show clear.

I suppose when shrinking guns to these tiny sizes something has to give. Far too often its reliability, or pickyness with ammo. Sometimes its price, I suppose that when it comes down to it losing the locking slide is pretty minor. Although if I were in a combat situation It would be more than a convenience to have the slide open up warning the operator for a new mag. Much nicer than click click.

Ah, Sorry Gents I should have been clearer. The Nano does have a last round hold open, so the slide does lock back on an empty chamber/mag. Rather what I meant to say is that it doesn't have an external lever to release the slide into battery, so you need to slingshot/power stroke/pull back on it to release it. I too really want a gun that will lock the slide back on empty and I'm glad that the Nano does this, because as a feature you sure can get a lot of utility out of it. Sorry for the confusion!

Kewl, I didn't realize that ... I just assumed that if it didn't have thew lever it would be incapable of locking back.
