Maybe the mail clerk only comes in on Tuesdays as a cost saving measure
Based on other posts I am betting that we are the better part of a week away.

Mine also says mailed on 07/31/2012. Someone else has said that when their status went to mailed, the P.O. marked it two days after their status went to mailed.
So, if mine does not actually get to the Post office until 08-02-2012 (Thursday), then I am looking at receipt of it next Monday, or Tuesday, or as the above said the better part of a week.
