You're in luck. Almost all semiauto pistols have a magazine release on the left side, excepting those with a European heel release of course.

Forgive me if I don't answer your question exactly. I think if you purchased the correct gun to fit your hand and them found a way to carry and conceal that gun you would be far better off. Just my 2 cents.
