Same boat , same destination, different captain.
That sentiment is exactly why Obama will be re-elected. Even if you are right, which you are not, I'd rather elect the guy that didn't have the running start at destroying the country.
You are pig wrasslin' again.

If that does happen then the Republicans can blame themselves for nominating a guy who supported gun control and inspired Obamacare.

Obama has done more damage to America in 4 years than Osama ever could... I think I will take my chances with Romney.

I will whole heartedly be voting for Romney. I can't say I support all of Romney's positions but I can say that those positions I disagree with him on won't require me to lose my morals and ethics as I place my vote. Voting for Obama would require me not only to accept, but directly support things like homosexual marriage, killing unborn babies, socialism, etc. In fact from where I sit, a person sitting out and not voting for anyone this time around is also assisting Obama in destroying our country.

I miss Regan as he was the last definitive candidate. Since then we've had the option of voting for the lesser of the two evils. I fear that the sheeple will vote Obama back into office simply because he has a better propaganda machine (the media) and Romney isn't prepared to take the gloves off and fight for the Presidency. Not to mention Romney would have to win by a large margin since I think the election is weighted in Obama's favor by special interest groups that cheat.

Care to back those statements up with some facts? hint, before you try you need to understand the political system in Mass and what Romneys alternatives were............

The more times I hear that, the more it sounds like an excuse instead of an explanation.

I do like Romney's comments about the 47% who pay no FIT and his remark about the Philistines. I also like that he isn't backpedaling, just clarifying.

How can you be so sure that your correct

what was the last good GOP we had?
I find it hard to vote against someone aginst lgbt and women's right to choice.
You really think the GOP is here for the people?

as far as Obummer goes. well I find it hard to vote for him either for the above stated reasons along with Obummer care

O and Ron Paul and his return to gold standard would make the market crash of 29 look tiny
So far, unless someone can change my opinion of them I dont think ill be held capitive to the parties.

But I can also say insulting people is not going to win votes either.
please feel free to respond here or by PM If you so choose

The explanation regarding the Mass political system and what Romneys options were has been discussed and posted within this forum many times for those who are interested in reading it. I see no need to rehash what has already been written, if people want to believe that Romney, on his own, decided to have the AWB passed then I have no desire to cure their ignorance when Google will bring up the facts with a little bit of effort on their part. I am not a Romney fan, what I do know is that he will be much better than the alternative and the last thing I want to see is Obama appointing anybody else to the SCOTUS........ Romney will get my vote as a vote for anybody else is in reality a vote for Obama..........

Voting for Obama is like walking into a door that you thought was open, giving yourself a nose bleed. Then deciding to do it all over again...this time on purpose.

IM not sure were your headed with this. but the comment itself shows a lot of caliber on your end. However noone here has responded with a valid reason to sway my views, I remeber Ronald all to well and I was just a kid. The gop has not won my favor. can anyone say Iran-contra or gitmo.
Reality is im very undecided and very open to anyone that can give me a valid reason, So far I have seen bashing becasue people have different views of the world.
