Almost 80% of the Florida vote is in and, with over 6.5 million votes counted, the difference in the raw vote is only 193.

It's all going to swing on two or three of the battleground states. Obama looks like he's trailing now, but he will pick up large numbers of electoral votes on the west coast. I'm still on pins and needles.

But hey, Ted Cruz looks like the winner in Texas. Not happy about the sheriff's race, though...

Shoot! Obama takes Pennsylvania.

Now there is almost no margin difference.

Romney needs Ohio.

Yeah. That'll be a definite plus.

But I'm sweatin'...er, ah, bullets.

Romney needs Florida and Ohio to seal it. I wish I were more optimistic right now.

Voters are still in line in Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and Orange County. These will be the deciders in Florida, and now they're saying the polls may not ultimately close there for another hour. :???:

Only 16% of the vote in for Ohio, but Obama leads. If he takes Ohio, it may well be over unless a Pacific Coast blue state turns red unexpectedly.

The future of The Republic lies in Ohio only.
