Well it was pretty close.. I believe I physically mailed mine on oct 15, 2012 and I received it Jan 22, 2013, the day after MLK holiday. Well worth the wait but Soo glad it's over... :

Wow! I was told by phone this morning 60 days from the time the additional documentation is received! Time will tell.

I submitted the documents 11/07/12 and it's just updated to Background Check : Completed & Concealed Handgun License : Manufacturing Pending on 2/08 so for 2012-2013 I'm looking at over 90 days so far and still waiting for "Manufacturing" and Mailed status updates. :)

I think you had the "perfect storm" with the election surge, and all the holidays.
